GTA Permits provides residential architectural and permit consulting services including building permit drawings, permit application management, zoning due diligence, committee of adjustment applications, and related services. GTA Permits prepares drawing packages and manages permit applications on your behalf, but cannot guarantee permit approval. We commit to preparing complete, code-compliant submissions and responding promptly to examiner comments, but we make no warranty that any specific application will be approved within a particular timeframe.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTA Permits and Sonder Meraki Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, project delays, or permit denials.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GTA Permits for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
